CHURCH CLERK

An elected church official, who is responsible for keeping true and accurate records of Minutes of Church Business Meetings, also serves as official church correspondent.

 

TREASURER

An elected church official, who is the Chief Custodian of the church’s funds; accepts, verifies and deposits weekly income.

 

FINANCIAL SECRETARY

Elected official responsible for disbursement of funds for the expressed purpose of paying the church’s bills.

 

FINANCIAL RECORDING SECRETARY

Elected official responsible for recording of membership.
